As an Information Technology Sales Associate at Engler IT, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and success. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, understanding their IT needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their IT requirements and business objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate our IT products and services to clients, showcasing their benefits and value.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that solutions align with clients' needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and secure contracts.
  • Maintain a CRM database to track and manage client interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Sales, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in IT sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Information Technology products and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
